Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete your BestExperimentIdeas account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

• Signed in: go to Account settings and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, your projects and builds, and your saved data.
• By email: write to support@bestexperimentideas.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify it is you before acting.

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove BestExperimentIdeas from Settings → Apps and Websites in Facebook. That disconnects the app immediately. To also delete the data we hold, use one of the two methods above — disconnecting alone does not delete your account with us.

• Your profile, display name, avatar and public creator page.
• Your projects, builds, results, uploaded images and videos.
• Any social account connections and stored access tokens.
• Email preferences and outreach records tied to your address.

We action verified requests within 30 days. Backups are rotated out within a further 30 days.

Records of purchases, payouts and tax-relevant transactions are retained for as long as accounting and tax law requires, in a minimised form. Content you published that other people have already built on may remain visible in anonymised form where removing it would break their records.
